Life Transitions & Identity

There are seasons of life that quietly ask us to become someone new. Whether you're questioning your career, navigating changing relationships, considering motherhood, or simply feeling like the life you've built no longer fits, therapy can help you move through uncertainty with greater confidence and self-trust.

Together, we'll explore who you are beneath expectations and create space for a life that feels more aligned with your values.

Anxiety & Perfectionism

Many of my clients are high-achieving women who appear capable on the outside while privately feel incredibly overwhelmed.

You may find yourself overthinking, second-guessing decisions, or feeling like you have to earn your worth through productivity, achievement, or taking care of everyone else.

Therapy can help you quiet the constant pressure, build self-compassion, and develop a more trusting relationship with yourself.

Relationship with Food & Body

Your relationship with food and your body doesn't exist in a vacuum. It's shaped by your experiences, your relationships, your culture, and the messages you've received about what makes you "enough."

Whether you're recovering from an eating disorder, struggling with body image, or simply exhausted by years of dieting and self-criticism, therapy can help you reconnect with your body from a place of compassion

rather than control.

My work is grounded in a weight-inclusive, non-diet perspective that supports healing instead of shame.

Pregnancy, Postpartum & Motherhood

Becoming a parent can bring incredible joy—and unexpected grief, anxiety, identity shifts, and uncertainty.

Whether you're trying to conceive, pregnant, adjusting to postpartum life, or making sense of the many versions of yourself that motherhood asks you to hold, therapy offers space for your full experience.

You don't have to perform gratitude while carrying something difficult.

Relationships

The relationships we have—with partners, family, friends, and ourselves—shape how we move through the world.

Together, we'll explore patterns that leave you feeling unseen, disconnected, or stuck so you can cultivate relationships rooted in authenticity, boundaries, and secure connection.

My Approach

I work with women navigating seasons of change—whether that change is chosen, unexpected, exciting, or overwhelming.

My approach is warm, relational, and thoughtfully direct. Together, we'll explore the patterns that shaped you, make sense of the ways you've learned to cope, and create new ways of relating to yourself with greater compassion and flexibility.

While many of my clients come to therapy for anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, body image struggles, eating disorders, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, or the complex emotional landscape of becoming a parent, our work is rarely just about the symptoms. It's about understanding who you are beneath the pressure to perform, achieve, or be everything for everyone.

Healing isn't about becoming a different person. It's about feeling more connected to the person you've always been.
