I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#142089) practicing in Los Angeles, CA under the supervision of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Kate Behzadi (#97100). I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adult individuals and families on a wide array of issues, with specialties in eating disorders, perinatal mental health, and couples transitioning into parenthood.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and respect for each individual's journey. Drawing from my warm, calming, and authentic style, I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. I believe in the power of humor to lighten the mood and foster connection, while also maintaining a direct and honest dialogue to address challenges head-on.
